We offer a limited warranty against any fault of manufacture on all Fantail equipment for a total period of 12 months. Providing we can see that the equipment has been well maintained and looked after, This warranty covers repairs and replacements were required that are caused as a result of a manufacturing fault. Repairs and replacements carried out within 12 month warranty period are free of charge, though there is usually a return post and packing charge.
Please be aware that cricket equipment is made of materials prone to wear and tear during use.
Warranty only covers damage which prevents the item from being used to its full capability and does not cover wear and tear. So, for example, a worn-out palm on a pair of batting gloves isn't a warranty fault.
Should you believe a warranty claim necessary, the product must be returned to us for inspection. In addition, proof of purchase is required to be provided for any claim to be valid.
No cash refunds will be offered, and the customer will bear the postage costs relating to returning the item. In the case of a replacement product, the remaining warranty period on the existing product only will be carried onto the replacement.
