IMPACT: Premium quality PU over a high-density light foam face with high resistance sidebars.

PROTECTION: We combine high-density foam rods and foam-filled shin bolster with breathable air mesh padding.

STRAPS: Moisture-wicking padded straps with embossed hooks & premium hook and loop closure

The measurement to take here is from the centre of the kneecap to the top of the foot (where the tongue of your shoe would fit).
